What is your yoghurt made with?H'n'H Coconut Yoghurt is made from only 5 ingredients it's that simple... They are 100% coconut milk, rice flour, citrus pectin, mayple syrup and non-dairy cultures. It has taken us a long time to find the right combination of ingredients and method that make our yoghurt's flavour and texture so rich and creamy. Each batch is made by hand to ensure the consistency and quality are maintained.

What are the benefits of coconut yoghurt?dairy-free probiotic alternatives Coconut yoghurt is made by adding live bacteria cultures to coconut milk, which ferment some of the carbohydrates, producing acid which is responsible for yoghurt’s texture and tang. Is your yoghurt gluten free?Our yoghurt is gluten free and made in a gluten free enviroment.

Is your yoghurt FODMAP Friendly?Yes, our yoghurt is FODMAP friendly. We use maple syrup for our culture to eat during the fermentation process, that is converted into lactic acid which gives yoghurt that distinctive "tangy" taste.

Is it vegan friendly?H'n'H Cocomut Yoghurt is totally vegan friendly. All our ingredients are totally plant-based, including the live cultures that are specifically derived and grown on non-dairy culture base.

It is diabetic friendly?All sugars in our yoghurt are naturally derived, with no added refined sugars. We recommend that Diabetics, both Type 1 & 2, eat our yoghurt in moderation. We suggest when introducing any new foods into a Diabetic, or any other medically controlled, diet that the new food is introduced in small controlled amounts so that any adverse reactions can be monitored and controlled.

Why not make your yoghurt organic?H'n'H Coconut Yoghurt is not organically certified, so that we can keep our prices down allowing everbody can afford to eat our yoghurt everyday. We would love to use organic ingredients in making our coconut yoghurt, but it would increase our production costs, thereby the in-store price beyond what the average family could afford.

Is coconut yoghurt better than cow's milk yoghurt?Coconut Yoghurt is an alternative to cow's milk yoghurt, both have their advantages and disadvantages. For people that are lactose intolerate, have medical reasons to avoid dairy products or choose a plant-baseddiet & lifestyle coconut yoghurt is an good vary to incorporate live cultures and probiotics into their diet, whoch is necessary for healthy gut microbiome.

Is coconut yoghurt safe for young children under 5 years old?H'n'H Coconut yoghurt is safe to give to children under 5 years old, we do not added any refined sugars, additives or preservatives to our yoghurt. Our youngest fan was five and a half months old when she first ate coconut yoghurt!! Many babies gut are not mature enough to digest the lactose in dairy based yoghurts. Coconut yoghurt does not contain lactose which makes it easier for their gut digest and provides them with the necessary cultures and probiotics to ensure a healthy gut microbiome, especially during weaning from breast feeding and introduction of solid foods into their diet. Coconut yoghurt is also high in natural lauric acid, which is the anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal good coconut oil that helps to boost the immune system.

How long will H'n'H Coconut Yoghurt last?We are proud to say we are totally "Made in WA" and is made our commercial kitchen in Bayswater. Our youghurt is made several times a week, then delivered straight to our stockist and on the shelf within two days for you. It doesn't get made in the eastern states, then sit around for a week or so before being transported to WA. Therefore it will last up to 6 weeks. If you are not happy or at all concern with the quality of our yoghurt, please contact the stockist or us immediately for a replacement tub* or full refund*. (*receipt & tub must be returned)
